De 2de en 3de generatie hebben dit bedrijf in Kampenhout uitgebouwd tot een vooruitstrevend en modern bedrijf waar klantenservice centraal staat.Ze zijn verdeler van tuinmachines en werken hiervoor, al dan niet exclusief, samen met gekende leveranciers.Je komt hier terecht in een menselijk en warm bedrijf waar jouw polyvalentie zeker van pas zal komen!

Als commercieel adviseur in regio Kampenhout ben jij het gezicht van de zaak en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je combineert klantgericht advies met een vlotte organisatie van de winkelwerking.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van vragen per mail, telefoon en WhatsApp
  • Actief inspelen op de noden van de klant en meedenken over passende oplossingen
  • Ondersteunen van de verkoop en zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving
  • Opvolgen van lopende herstellingen en klanten hierover correct informeren
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte goederenstroom en een ordelijke, aantrekkelijke winkel
  • Verwerken van bestellingen en ondersteuning bieden bij verzendingen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden waar nodig, ter ondersteuning van de commerciële werking
  • Facturatie van bestellingen
