Als commercieel adviseur afleverdienst ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de verkoop en het moment dat de klant de showroom uitrijdt. Zodra jouw collega-showroomverkoper een wagen heeft verkocht, neem jij het stuur over. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de administratieve afhandeling als de feestelijke, fysieke aflevering van het voertuig.

De auto staat glimmend klaar onder een hoes in de afleverzone. Samen met de klant bouw je op naar een echt wauw-moment: je onthult de wagen en legt geduldig alle technologieën en opties uit ¿ van het koppelen van de smartphone tot het instellen van de rijassistentie. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant met een brede glimlach de baan op gaat. Achter de schermen ben jij het organisatorische talent dat de communicatie tussen de klant, de werkplaats en externe partijen stroomlijnt.

  • Communicatief en servicegericht: Je communiceert helder, professioneel en vriendelijk met zowel B2B- als B2C-klanten, collega's en externe partners (zoals lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen).
  • Organisatorisch talent: Plannen en opvolgen zitten in jouw DNA. Je behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht en schakelt proactief bij wijzigingen.
  • Passie voor automotive: Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met auto's en de drive om je te verdiepen in de nieuwste modellen, opties en technologieën.
  • Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht: Onvoorziene omstandigheden of wijzigingen in de planning brengen jou niet van je stuk. Je haalt daarnaast energie uit het behalen van de maandelijkse doelen.
  • Flexibele teamplayer: Je springt bij waar nodig en helpt collega's graag uit de nood wanneer er bijvoorbeeld onverwacht een transport arriveert.
  • Klantencontact & planning: Regelmatig informeren van klanten over de status van hun voertuig en het inplannen van afleverafspraken.
  • Logistiek ontvangst: In ontvangst nemen van nieuwe wagens, controle op eventuele schade uitvoeren en de verwerking hiervan.
  • Administratieve afhandeling: Registreren en aanvragen van nummerplaten, contact onderhouden met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen en het controleren van boorddocumenten (keuring, inschrijving, etc.).
  • Facturatie: Opvolgen van facturen en betalingen.
  • Accessoirebeheer: Aanvragen van extra's (zoals een trekhaak) inplannen bij de werkplaats.
  • Polyvalente ondersteuning: Incidenteel naar de keuring rijden of helpen bij het verwerken van transportleveringen.
