Binnen deze functie combineer je jouw commerciële ervaring met je interesse in technologie. Je krijgt de nodige interne opleiding om de oplossingen goed te leren kennen en gaat daarna zelfstandig de baan op om klanten te adviseren en relaties verder uit te bouwen.

Voor de functie van Digital Solutions Consultant (IT & Telecom) te Roeselare is dit je volgende takenpakket:

  • Je adviseert ondernemingen over IT-, telecom- en digitale oplossingen.
  • Je volgt bestaande klanten actief op en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je creëert commerciële opportuniteiten via leads, netwerken, prospectie en referenties.
  • Je herkent kansen voor cross-selling en upselling.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt commerciële dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je stemt af met collega's uit sales, techniek en support.
  • Je volgt projecten commercieel mee op, van de eerste gesprekken tot de oplevering.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Digital Solutions Consultant (IT & Telecom) te Roeselare beschik jij over:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie en weet hoe je klanten overtuigt met advies.
  • Ervaring binnen IT, telecom, SaaS of Managed Services is een pluspunt.
  • Je analyseert eerst de behoeften van de klant en stelt vervolgens een passende oplossing voor.
  • Je bent overtuigend en commercieel ingesteld, zonder opdringerig te zijn.
  • Je hebt interesse in technologie en leert graag nieuwe producten en diensten kennen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en volgt klanten en dossiers zorgvuldig op.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels en Frans is mooi meegenomen.
