Als Fietsverkoper / Winkelverantwoordelijke in regio Merelbeke-Melle begeleid je klanten bij hun aankoop en zorg je mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de winkel.

  • Je begeleidt klanten van A tot Z bij hun aankoop en geeft advies over fietsen, accessoires en fietskledij.
  • Je maakt offertes op, volgt verkoopdossiers op en zorgt voor een verzorgde winkelervaring.
  • Je beheert het assortiment van de winkel en staat in voor aankopen, bestellingen en voorraad van fietsen, onderdelen en accessoires.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en fietsmerken, verwerkt leveringen, voert stockcontroles uit en houdt de administratie van bestellingen en verkoopdossiers nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel aantrekkelijk, verzorgd en commercieel sterk oogt, denkt mee over acties en promoties en stemt af met de fietstechniekers zodat elke fiets correct wordt voorbereid en afgeleverd.

Voor deze functie als Fietsverkoper / Winkelverantwoordelijke in regio Merelbeke-Melle zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwaliteiten en basisvereisten:

  • Affiniteit met fietsen, mobiliteit of aanverwante producten.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, met vlot schakelen tussen verkoop, administratie en winkelbeheer, en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Een klantgerichte en commerciële ingesteldheid, die energie haalt uit klantcontact en tevreden klanten.
  • Een ondernemende houding en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
