Jobomschrijving

In deze functie adviseer je klanten over de aankoop van verschillende fietsen en volg je hun dossier mee op.

  • Je adviseert klanten bij hun aankoop binnen een breed gamma van verschillende fietsen.
  • Je ondersteunt de filiaalmanager waar nodig in de contacten met verschillende leasingmaatschappijen.
  • Je contacteert klanten telefonisch of via e-mail om hen te informeren over de status van hun fiets en behandelt ook klachten.
  • Je ondersteunt het team proactief tijdens rustigere momenten, bijvoorbeeld bij het verwerken van nieuwe leveringen, het inrichten van de winkel en het bijbestellen van de nodige producten.
  • Je volgt regelmatig trainingen en cursussen om je kennis van fietstechnologieën, merken en producten bij te schaven.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Ervaring met CRM-software en digitale kassasystemen zoals Vendit is een plus.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in verkoop of in een andere commerciële functie. Ervaring in fietsverkoop is een plus, geen vereiste.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met commerciële processen en kan je na een korte opleiding snel inwerken in het opmaken van offertes en het opvolgen van klanten.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door fietsen, fietsmerken en fietstechnologie.
  • Je bent commercieel en communicatief sterk, spreekt klanten beleefd en correct aan en werkt klantgericht.
