Als keukenhulp ondersteun je de dagelijkse keukenwerking door ingrediënten voor te bereiden, mee te koken en de werkplek hygiënisch te houden.

  • Ingrediënten voorbereiden door groenten, fruit en vlees te wassen, te snijden en klaar te zetten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de bereiding van eenvoudige gerechten volgens recept, zoals sauzen, salades en voorgerechten.
  • Keuken en werkstations schoonhouden door af te wassen, werkbladen te reinigen en afval gescheiden te verwerken.
  • Voedsel correct opslaan door ingrediënten te bewaren, te labelen en houdbaarheid en versheid te controleren.
  • Keukengerei en uitgifte ondersteunen door pannen, messen en borden klaar te zetten en te helpen bij het opmaken en doorgeven van gerechten, ook tijdens piekmomenten.
