Als operator textiel voer je dagelijks deze taken uit.

  • Je zet lege hulzen klaar en maakt identificatie-etiketten aan.
  • Je trekt de bobijnmolen af en legt de lijn aan.
  • Je grijpt in bij alarmen en storingen, bijvoorbeeld door bandjes door te trekken, en bepaalt de volgorde van je tussenkomsten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij kwaliteitswissels, zuigt slechte bobijnen af, neemt proefbobijnen en controleert de masterbatches.
  • Je houdt toezicht op slechte bobijnen en slecht werkende spillen en voert kuiswerken uit op de bobijnmolen en in de omgeving.
  • Je vernieuwt de messenbalk, vult het blad in met slecht werkende en gekuiste spillen en verwittigt MG bij onregelmatigheden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van operator textiel heb je onderstaande kennis en vaardigheden nodig.

  • Je merkt storingen snel op en reageert correct op alarmen en afwijkingen.
  • Je voert een nauwkeurige visuele controle uit op bobijnen.
  • Je hebt de handvaardigheid om bobijnen te wisselen en kan het arbeidsritme tijdens de aftrok volgen.
  • Je beschikt over technische en textieltechnische kennis van de werking van de extrusiemachine, de bobijnmolens, garennummering en het aanpassen van de spanning op bobijnen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, kan interventie en preventie op elkaar afstemmen, respecteert veiligheidsvoorschriften, weet welke maatregelen nodig zijn bij ongeval of brand, kent het gebruik van de noodstop en werkt goed samen in een team.
