Wij zijn een innovatief familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het vervaardigen van tijdloze meubels op maat. Met zes sterke merken zijn we leidend op het gebied van woon- en projectinrichting, scheepvaart en recreatiesector.

Voor onze vestiging in Lanaken zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Textiel (CNC-Operator) ter uitbreiding van ons team.

In deze functie werk je met geavanceerde snijmachines van Gerber, Lectra en Zund.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het instellen van de snijmachine op basis van binnenkomende orders.
  • Het zorgvuldig klaarzetten van snijwerk in de computer en het registreren van stoffen in het systeem.
  • Het markeren van gesneden stukken en zorgen voor een nette opslag.
  • Het aanleren van verschillende werkposten binnen de CNC-afdeling, met het doel tot voldoende jobrotatie.
  • Het uitvoeren van basis onderhoud aan machines en zorgdragen voor een schone werkplek.

Profiel

Profiel:

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in industrieel stikwerk, om patronen en stofkwaliteit te kunnen herkennen.
  • Computervaardigheid en het vermogen om snel verschillende computersystemen aan te leren.
  • Bereidheid om in dagdienst te werken en op zoek naar een langdurige functie.

Professionele vaardigheden:

  • Controleren van het uitzicht van het materiaal en aanduiden van onregelmatigheden.
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud van machines uitvoeren.
  • Groeperen van gesneden stukken op grootte, model en kleur voor assemblage.
  • Zorgvuldigheid bij het snijden van leer en stoffen.

Persoonlijke vaardigheden:

  • Uitstekende samenwerkings- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid in het werkproces.
  • Kritisch denkvermogen en resultaatgerichtheid.

  • Een loon volgens het barema van PC 126, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Maaltijdcheques na 6 maanden ter waarde van € 3,27, waarvan € 1,09 ten laste van de werknemer.

  • Werken in een 38-uren week met 0,75 ATV-opbouw.
  • Geven van een ontspannen werkweek met flexibele uren: maandag tot donderdag van 07:30 tot 16:15 en vrijdag van 07:30 tot 13:45.
  • 3 weken collectieve vakantie in de zomer en 9 dagen extra betaalde vakantiedagen per jaar.
