Als sales support medewerker in regio Mechelen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je drukorders van aanvraag tot afronding.

  • Je vertaalt de wensen van klanten naar duidelijke orders en verwerkt die in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt drukorders van A tot Z op en houdt alle betrokken partijen afgestemd over de voortgang.
  • Je stemt af met productie, leveranciers en collega’s om dossiers tijdig en correct te laten verlopen.
  • Je maakt calculaties, controleert nacalculaties en bereidt de facturatie voor.
  • Je begeleidt persproeven en valideert drukwerk via BAT, eventueel samen met de klant.
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe projecten en oplossingen, ondersteunt salescollega’s en behandelt vragen of knelpunten professioneel en oplossingsgericht.

Voor de functie als sales support medewerker in regio Mechelen zoeken we iemand met het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt goede kennis van de productieprocessen in een drukkerij.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en efficiënt, blijft rustig onder druk en schakelt vlot tussen klanten, collega’s en prioriteiten.
  • Je combineert graag persoonlijk contact met klanten en collega’s met werken met cijfers.
  • Extra troeven zijn oplossingsvermogen, technisch inzicht en ervaring met MultiPress en/of CERM.
