Onze klant is Belgisch marktleider op het gebied van factoring, ook wel ‘commercial finance’ genoemd. We bieden ondernemingen die actief zijn op de business-to-businessmarkt geïntegreerde financiële oplossingen zoals bevoorschotting op facturen, debiteurenopvolging, risicodekking tegen niet-betaling en andere aanverwante diensten. Als dochteronderneming van onze klant vormen we een integraal onderdeel van het globale aanbod voor ondernemingsklanten van de bank. We behoren ook tot het netwerk van BNP Paribas Factoring, Europees factoringmarktleider qua geografische spreiding. De groep is aanwezig in 14 landen in Europa, Azië en Afrika, waar ze doorgaans een toonaangevende positie bekleedt

Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en krijg je energie van klantencontact? Heb je daarnaast een commerciële mindset en spreek je vlot Frans? Dan is deze uitdaging in Leuven misschien wel iets voor jou.

Voor onze klant in Leuven zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Officer. In deze functie ondersteun je het commerciële team en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers correct, tijdig en kwalitatief worden opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Als Sales Support Officer ben je de rechterhand van de commerciële medewerkers en sta je in voor:
  • Het uitvoeren van een eerste screening van nieuwe dossiers;
  • Het voorbereiden, aanvullen en administratief verwerken van klantendossiers;
  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en externe partners via telefoon en e-mail;
  • Het ondersteunen bij de opstart en administratieve opvolging van contracten;
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en actualiteit van gegevens in het CRM-systeem;
  • Het uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het kantoor.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek om aan de slag te gaan als sales support officer?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig;
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid;
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen in team;
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint).
