Als Service Advisor bent u verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen en verwelkomen van de klant. Je adviseert de klant over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden.

Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van de omzet en de groei van de bedrijfsmarges van de werkplaats.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, opvolgen en terugbellen van klanten.

Dit betekent:

  • De klant begroeten en het voertuig in ontvangst nemen;
  • In aanwezigheid van de klant de rondleiding door het voertuig uitvoeren en aanvullende verkoopvoorstellen doen;
  • De werkopdracht in aanwezigheid van de klant invullen en met hem/haar doornemen ter validatie, met vermelding van de datum van teruggave van het voertuig;
  • Het implementeren van de overeengekomen mobiliteitsoplossing;
  • Je stuurt het dossier door naar de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke met alle elementen die nodig zijn voor een goed begrip van het verzoek van de klant;
  • De klant waarschuwen dat het voertuig op het geplande tijdstip klaar zal zijn en hem zo nodig informeren over eventuele extra vertragingen;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden goed vorderen, stuurt de klant een sms met de link naar het videocheckbestand (video raming voor het in de werkplaats vastgestelde meerwerk) en zorgt ervoor dat de meerverkoop wordt bevestigd en gevalideerd met de klant;
  • Het klantendossier voorbereiden (bewijs van interventie: factuur, keuringsverslag, onderhoudsadvies) en ernaar verwijzen om het voertuig terug te brengen;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het voertuig binnen de termijn van de afspraak wordt teruggebracht, met uitleg over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Je begeleidt de klant naar zijn voertuig en zorgt ervoor dat hij tevreden is met de service;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle dossiers voor de komende 48 uur compleet zijn en dat er geen onvoorziene omstandigheden zijn die de geplande afspraken in gevaar kunnen brengen.
