  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de balie en telefonisch voor onderhoud of herstellingen van bedrijfsvoertuigen Mix functie van service & parts: je werkt 2 dagen in Bornem en 3 dagen in Dendermonde. Je bepaalt mee het probleem of de behoefte van de klant en beantwoordt technische vragen Je plant onderhoud en herstellingen in, rekening houdend met de werkplaatscapaciteit en de verwachte duur Je informeert klanten over de status van hun voertuig en zorgt voor een correcte facturatie Je geeft uitleg bij de uitgevoerde werken en bijhorende factuur Je organiseert en beheert de planning van de vervangwagens en verhuurvloot Je werkt nauw samen met het team en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en klantgerichte dienstverlening gedurende het hele traject

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Een auto-technische opleiding of ervaring binnen de sector
  • Voldoende technische kennis om een voorlopige diagnose te stellen en de duur van onderhoud in te schatten
  • Klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en communicatief sterk
  • Vlot met Word, Excel en Outlook
  • Flexibel: bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen te werken met compensatie
