Heb jij een passie voor auto’s en ben je sterk in klantgericht werken? Voor een gerenommeerde garage in Evergem zoeken wij een enthousiaste service advisor die graag het verschil maakt!

Als service advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je ontvangt iedereen persoonlijk en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige serviceproces. Met jouw luisterend oor stel je klanten gerust en zorg je voor duidelijke, eerlijke communicatie rond onderhoud of herstellingen van hun wagen. Je vormt de brug tussen klant en techniek en legt technische zaken op een begrijpelijke manier uit.

Nieuwe situaties of minder goed nieuws brengen jou niet van je stuk; je blijft steeds respectvol en transparant. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen klanten, technici en collega’s, en zorgt ervoor dat registraties, afspraken en opvolging vlot verlopen.

Je bent een klantgerichte service advisor met een sterke interesse in auto’s.

Je communiceert vlot, eerlijk en helder.

Je helpt klanten graag en denkt in oplossingen.

Je weet het perfecte evenwicht te vinden tussen klantvriendelijkheid en technische kennis.

Werkervaring binnen autotechniek, klantenservice of een garage is een pluspunt.
