Als Service Advisor in Herentals start je elke dag met het overzicht van de geplande voertuigen en de openstaande dossiers.

  • Je plant onderhoud en herstellingen in en verdeelt het werk onder een team van ongeveer tien techniekers.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werken op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer opdrachten uitlopen of prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en houdt hen op de hoogte van hun voertuig en de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je verwerkt werkorders, dossiers en facturen correct in het Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Je stemt met de magazijnier en de techniekers af welke onderdelen nodig zijn en wat beschikbaar is.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job als Service Advisor vrachtwagens in Herentals heb je het volgende nodig:

  • Een sterke technische kennis van vrachtwagens en bedrijfsvoertuigen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers of het coördineren van werkzaamheden
  • Ervaring met planning, administratie en klantencontact
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Bereidheid om in een ploegensysteem en op zaterdag te werken
