Bij de start leer je de verschillende materialen correct sorteren en beoordelen. Na verloop van tijd krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar een verantwoordelijke functie binnen het non-ferromagazijn.

  • Manueel sorteren van metalen en onzuiverheden
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Materialen nauwkeurig opvolgen en registreren
  • Zorgen voor een net, ordelijk en overzichtelijk magazijn
  • Na 1 à 2 jaar doorgroeien tot verantwoordelijke van het non-ferromagazijn
  • Een klein team aansturen en collega’s begeleiden
  • Ladingen nauwkeurig opvolgen
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het werkproces
  • Afwisselen tussen controle, organisatie en teambegeleiding

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Ben jij een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin en heb je interesse in recyclage? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken. Je werkt graag in een technische en logistieke omgeving, neemt initiatief en steekt de handen uit de mouwen. Omdat je in een recyclagemagazijn werkt, heb je geen probleem met een stoffige werkomgeving en fysiek zwaar werk.

  • 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische of logistieke omgeving
  • Kennis van verschillende metaalsoorten is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met een heftruck, bobcat, koervrachtwagen of sorteerkraan is mooi meegenomen
  • Metalen visueel correct kunnen onderscheiden
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Initiatief nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Fysiek in staat zijn om zwaar werk uit te voeren
  • Bereid zijn om in een stoffige omgeving te werken
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Vlot kunnen communiceren via een portofoon of zender
