Dit is je kans om aan de slag te gaan bij een toonaangevende speler in de recyclagesector, actief in de regio Gent. Je komt terecht in een sterk groeiend en duurzaam bedrijf dat mensen waardeert, passie voor recyclage deelt en investeert in opleiding en middelen. Hier staat een open, informele bedrijfscultuur centraal waar ruimte is voor initiatief en doorgroeimogelijkheden. We zoeken dan ook een sorteerder in ons bedrijf die na 2 jaar kan doorgroeien.

Word specialist in het sorteren en keuren van metalen!

Bij de start ga je manueel metalen en onzuiverheden uitsorteren en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren. Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige opvolging van materialen en een nette magazijnomgeving. Na 1 à 2 jaar krijg je de kans om door te groeien tot verantwoordelijke van het non-ferro magazijn. Dan stuur je een klein team aan, volg je ladingen nauwkeurig en ga je actief op zoek naar verbeteringen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen controle, organisatie en begeleiding van je collega’s.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Ben jij een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een passie voor recyclage? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

  • Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische of logistieke omgeving
  • Kennis van metaalsoorten is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met heftruck, bobcat, koervrachtwagen of sorteerkraan is mooi meegenomen (attesten kunnen intern behaald worden)
  • Je bent niet kleurenblind
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, communiceren via porto of zender gaat vlot
