  • Je stuurt een team van 5 - 8 personen aan
  • Je begeleidt het team in de dagelijkse werking en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij problemen op de werkvloer
  • Je waakt erover dat veiligheid altijd vooropstaat in het werk
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het pickingwerk en assemblagewerk op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning mee en stemt de voortgang af tussen de verschillende afdelingen
  • Je zorgt voor een degelijke opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe teamleden
  • Je beheert de stock, voert stocktellingen uit, coördineert binnenkomende leveringen en volgt mee op dat halffabricaten en magazijn tijdig klaarstaan voor productie

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring in een magazijnomgeving en als teamleader
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot
  • Je kan goed met een computer werken; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) en/of AS400 is een pluspunt
  • Dagwerk; 7u45 - 16u13Overuren: om 7u starten ipv 7u45 kan gevraagd worden tijdens de piekperiode Zaterdagwerk is soms van toepassing als de deadline niet behaald kan worden
