We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren zaalmedewerker voor een restaurant in Deinze. Als zaalmedewerker (met focus op de pas) ben jij de schakel tussen de keuken en de zaal.

Dit zijn je voornaamste taken:

  • Jij brengt de borden van de keuken naar de gasten
  • Je zet de borden vlot en correct in bij de gasten
  • Je controleert of alle borden die worden doorgegeven voldoen aan de hoge eisen en standaarden van de zaak
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie tussen de keuken en de zaal en zorgt zo dat iedereen op het juiste moment zijn eten krijgt
  • Je ruimt tafels af

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken een zaalmedewerker voor een restaurant in Deinze. We zoeken iemand die past binnen ons team:

  • Je kan vlot met 3 borden of een volle plateau lopen en weet hoe je deze volgens de regels van de kunst kunt inzetten bij de gasten
  • Je kan terugvallen op een uitgebreide ervaring in de horeca als zaalmedewerker
  • Je bent verbaal sterk en durft constructieve feedback te geven aan de keuken als een gerecht niet aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoet
  • Je behoudt je kalmte en de focus op netheid, zelfs wanneer er meer dan 200 gasten gelijktijdig bediend worden tijdens een drukke shift
  • Je werkt nauw samen in het hechte team en past je moeiteloos aan
  • Werken in het weekend vormt geen uitdaging voor je, dat beschouw je als normaal net zoals avondwerk
  • 20 000 stappen op een shift schrikken je niet af!
