Tavoitteenamme on kasvattaa markkina-alueemme ServiceNow-liiketoimintaa ja vahvistaa Suomen ServiceNow-tiimiämme kokeneella ServiceNow Development Lead / Senior Developer -profiililla. Tässä roolissa toimit keskeisessä roolissa asiakasympäristön ServiceNow-kehityksessä jatkuvan sprinttikehityksen sekä erillisten kehitysaloitteiden ja -projektien läpiviennissä.

Työtehtävissäsi vastaat:

ServiceNow-alustan kehittämisestä ja ylläpidosta asiakasympäristöissä osana ketterää kehitystiimiä. Roolissa painottuvat erityisesti kehitystyön suunnittelu, toteutus, koordinointi ja laadukas läpivienti yhteistyössä asiakkaan, arkkitehdin, Product Ownerien ja kehitystiimin kanssa.

Keskeisiä työtehtäviäsi ovat:

  • ServiceNow-ratkaisujen suunnittelu, konfigurointi ja kehittäminen asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaisesti
  • Osallistuminen päivittäiseen kehitystyöhön osana sprinttejä ja muita kehitysaloitteita
  • Liiketoimintatarpeiden kääntäminen toimiviksi ratkaisuiksi yhteistyössä asiakkaan, Product Ownerien ja arkkitehtien kanssa
  • Kehitystiimin tukeminen, kehitystyön koordinointi sekä laadun varmistaminen
  • Integraatioiden, testauksen, dokumentaation ja tuotantoonvientien toteuttaminen ServiceNow best practice -periaatteita noudattaen
  • Muiden kehittäjien mentorointi sekä ServiceNow-alustan uusien ominaisuuksien aktiivinen hyödyntäminen

Toivomme, että sinulla on:

  • Vähintään 4 vuoden käytännön kokemus ServiceNow-alustan parissa
  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito
  • Vahva hands-on-osaaminen ServiceNow-kehityksestä (esim. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, integraatiot)
  • Kokemusta ketteristä toimintamalleista (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Kyky toimia sekä itsenäisenä kehittäjänä että kansainvälisten kehitystiimien seniorina tukena
  • Kokemusta vaatimusten määrittelystä ja yhteistyöstä liiketoiminnan sekä teknisten sidosryhmien kanssa
  • Hyvä ymmärrys ServiceNow OOTB-ratkaisuista ja niiden hyödyntämisestä
  • ServiceNow CSA -sertifikaatti

Lisäksi arvostamme:

  • ServiceNow CIS-sertifikaattia, esimerkiksi ITSM, CSM, HRSD tai SPM
  • CAD- ja/tai CTA-sertifikaattia tai CTA-oppimispolulla etenemistä
  • Kokemusta Integration Hubista, REST/SOAP-rajapinnoista ja integraatioista
  • Ymmärrystä ITSM-prosesseista sekä CMDB/CSDM-kokonaisuuksista
  • Kokemusta tekoäly- ja GenAI-ratkaisuihin ServiceNow-alustalla, esimerkiksi Now Assistin kautta

Roolissa onnistut, jos:

  • Saat kehityksen etenemään suunnitelmallisesti ja viet asiat maaliin.
  • Osaat pilkkoa vaatimukset toteutuskelpoisiksi kokonaisuuksiksi.
  • Pidät kehitystiimin fokuksen oikeissa prioriteeteissa ja poistat etenemisen esteitä.
  • Hallitset useita rinnakkaisia kehitysaloitteita sekä sprinttityöskentelyä.
  • Kehität aktiivisesti kehityksen laatua, tehokkuutta ja ennakoitavuutta.
  • Toimit sujuvasti kansainvälisissä kehitystiimeissä ja asiakasympäristöissä.
  • Nautit yhteistyöstä ja muiden kehittäjien sparraamisesta.
