🎯 O desafio Coordenar a carteira de projetos de implantação das nossas soluções: telefonia IP (PABX), contact center, plataformas omnichannel, integrações de sistemas, automações e inteligência artificial. Você vai liderar a equipe de Implantação e garantir prazo, escopo, qualidade e satisfação dos clientes, do kickoff até a entrada em produção.

📌 O que você vai fazer

  • Conduzir o ciclo completo dos projetos: passagem comercial, kickoff, homologação, entrada em produção e encerramento
  • Planejar cronogramas, marcos e responsáveis, antecipando riscos e dependências
  • Liderar, distribuir atividades e desenvolver a equipe de analistas de implantação
  • Ser o principal ponto de contato operacional com clientes, gerenciando expectativas e situações críticas
  • Atuar junto a Engenharia, Desenvolvimento, Suporte, Comercial e Customer Success
  • Acompanhar indicadores, produzir relatórios gerenciais e melhorar os processos de implantação

✅ O que buscamos

  • Experiência em coordenação ou liderança de projetos de implantação de tecnologia
  • Vivência na gestão de equipes técnicas
  • Domínio de metodologias e ferramentas de gestão de projetos (cronogramas, riscos, entregas)
  • Conhecimento em telecom, infraestrutura, sistemas corporativos ou plataformas SaaS
  • Experiência no relacionamento com clientes corporativos (B2B)
  • Ensino superior em TI, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins
  • Desejável: 4 anos ou mais em implantação ou gestão de projetos de tecnologia
