Estamos em busca de um Coordenador de Implantação para liderar e acompanhar projetos de implantação de gerenciamento de propriedades corporativas e logísticos, garantindo que todas as entregas sejam realizadas dentro do prazo, com qualidade e rastreabilidade. A atuação será na região de Butantã/SP, coordenando a mobilização interna, assegurando que os processos, infraestrutura e manutenção predial sejam executados de forma eficiente e segura.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar e monitorar todas as etapas do projeto de implantação do empreendimento, do planejamento até o handover para a operação e estabilização inicial.
  • Estruturar e manter cronograma, plano de ação e registro de decisões garantindo alinhamento com stakeholders.
  • Garantir a coleta, validação e organização das informações e documentos necessários para operação (cadastros, contratos, documentos legais, fornecedores, dados do empreendimento, acessos, rotinas e históricos), assegurando cumprimento de escopo, SLA e normas de qualidade.
  • Orquestrar o fluxo de trabalho entre áreas internas e com o cliente final, garantindo handoffs sem retrabalho.
  • Liderar equipes operacionais de campo (próprias e terceirizadas);
  • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, saúde e segurança (NRs), convenções, regimentos e políticas internas.
  • Acompanhar vistorias, medições, testes e comissionamentos de sistemas prediais (elétrico, HVAC, hidráulico, civil, segurança, redes, automação etc.).
  • Controlar custos, aprovações de compras, medições e forecast dos projetos.
  • Apoiar a melhoria contínua do processo de implantação: padronização de checklists, templates, playbooks e lições aprendidas.
  • Apoiar a construção e validação de escopos iniciais, serviços e rotinas operacionais, garantindo aderência ao contrato e à realidade do ativo.
  • Consolidar e entregar relatórios, incluindo status das entregas, pendências, riscos remanescentes e recomendações para operação.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, Elétrica, Mecânica, Produção, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de propriedades.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas prediais corporativos e logísticos (elétrico, climatização, hidráulico, CFTV, automação etc.).
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes e fornecedores.
  • Domínio de leitura de projetos técnicos.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos.
  • Habilidade para administrar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de negociação.
