Cerchiamo un Software Developer (Backend o Full Stack) che desideri mettere in gioco le proprie competenze tecniche per trasformare l'innovazione in impatto sociale concreto, contribuendo alla creazione di prodotti digitali fruibili da oltre 1,3 miliardi di persone nel mondo.

Cosa Farai nel Team Tech

A seconda della tua specializzazione (Full Stack o prevalentemente Backend), ti occuperai della progettazione end-to-end e del rilascio di servizi ad alte prestazioni:

  • Backend Engineering: Sviluppo e manutenzione di funzioni Lambda, servizi su ECS e API REST tramite API Gateway, utilizzando TypeScript come linguaggio principale.
  • Architetture Event-Driven: Progettazione di flussi asincroni con SNS e SQS per la gestione dei dati di audit e l'integrazione con servizi esterni, curando idempotenza e gestione degli errori.
  • Database & Storage: Modellazione e ottimizzazione delle query muovendoti agevolmente tra database relazionali (Aurora PostgreSQL) e NoSQL (DynamoDB).
  • Frontend Craftsmanship (per profili Full Stack): Traduzione di mockup in interfacce accessibili e performanti con React, TypeScript, Hooks, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, Zod e suite di test (Vitest, Playwright).
  • Qualità e Infrastruttura: Gestione di container Docker, collaborazione alle stack AWS CDK (TypeScript) e monitoraggio costante delle prestazioni tramite Sentry.

Chi Stiamo Cercando

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99, Art. 1 o Art. 18)
  • Comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo software (Backend o Full Stack) con solida conoscenza di Node.js e TypeScript.
  • Ecosistema AWS: Esperienza pratica con i principali servizi cloud (Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB).
  • Database: Solida comprensione della progettazione di schemi e dell'ottimizzazione di query su PostgreSQL.
  • Qualità del Codice: Attenzione ai dettagli, scrittura di codice pulito/tipizzato e copertura tramite test automatizzati.
  • Attitudine: Mindset di ownership, proattività nel risolvere problemi e un buon livello di inglese scritto e parlato.

Punti Bonus Extra

  • Conoscenza di Python o esperienza con Firebase (Authentication, Remote Config).
  • Familiarità con l'Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK in TypeScript).
  • Esperienza pratica con tool di testing dell'accessibilità digitale (Lighthouse, Axe, WCAG).
  • Precedente esperienza in contesti startup, scale-up o prodotti SaaS.
