Descripción del puesto

En ACCIONA para su negocio de AGUA se requiere contratar a un/a CONTADOR para un contrato de servicio de mantenimiento preventivo de los sistemas de agua potable y alcantarillado.

Misión:

Garantizar la integridad financiera, el control de costos y la gestión contable de la unidad de negocio, asegurando el estricto cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y los procedimientos internos, mediante el análisis riguroso de cuentas y el registro oportuno de ingresos y egresos, para respaldar la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos del candidato

Función:

- Dirigir, coordinar y supervisar de manera integral las actividades diarias del equipo contable, distribuyendo las cargas de trabajo y optimizando los flujos operativos, para asegurar la eficiencia del departamento y el cumplimiento oportuno de las metas del área

- Analizar y estructurar los costos operativos de los servicios asignados, evaluando las desviaciones presupuestarias frente a los gastos reales, para proponer medidas de optimización que aseguren la rentabilidad y el uso eficiente de los recursos del proyecto.

- Supervisar y validar la correcta elaboración y presentación de los estados financieros de la empresa, analizando las variaciones y resultados económicos obtenidos, para proveer a la gerencia información veraz, transparente y oportuna que respalde la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

- Controlar y verificar los registros de ingresos y egresos, efectuando la conciliación de cuentas y la ejecución de cierres contables periódicos, para garantizar la integridad, consistencia y confiabilidad de la información en los libros contables.

- Monitorear el cálculo, declaración y pago oportuno de las obligaciones tributarias mensuales y anuales, velando por el estricto cumplimiento de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) y la legislación vigente, para mitigar riesgos legales y prevenir multas o sanciones fiscales.

- Planificar y coordinar el desarrollo de las auditorías internas y externas de la compañía, facilitando la información, reportes y sustentaciones documentarias requeridas, para garantizar la transparencia en los procesos de revisión y el levantamiento efectivo de observaciones.

- Orientar, capacitar y evaluar el desempeño del personal a cargo, brindando acompañamiento técnico y promoviendo un entorno laboral productivo, para potenciar las competencias del equipo y mantener un alto estándar de rendimiento.

- Diseñar e implementar mejoras continuas en los flujos contables y mecanismos de control interno, identificando oportunidades de automatización y eficiencia en los procedimientos establecidos, para minimizar riesgos operativos, reducir errores administrativos y optimizar los recursos institucionales.
