Descripción del puesto

ACCIONA para el negocio de INDUSTRIAL, requiere contratar a un/a Jefe/a de Oficina Técnica para un proyecto de Líneas de Transmisión y Subestaciones localizado en Camaná, Arequipa.

Misión:

  • Liderar la Oficina Técnica del proyecto, asegurando el control integral de la información técnica, económica y de planificación, mediante la gestión de metrados, valorizaciones, programación y análisis de avances, proporcionando soporte clave a la construcción y a la gerencia del proyecto para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos del candidato

Funciones:

  • Liderar el equipo de Oficina Técnica del proyecto.
  • Coordinar la elaboración y control de metrados de obra.
  • Supervisar la preparación de valorizaciones de obra y subcontratos.
  • Gestionar el control de avances físicos vs programación.
  • Coordinar la planificación del proyecto junto con Construcción.
  • Elaborar y actualizar cronogramas (línea base y seguimiento).
  • Analizar desviaciones de plazo y proponer medidas correctivas.
  • Coordinar con Ingeniería la revisión de planos y cambios de alcance.
  • Controlar la gestión de RFI, submittals y documentación técnica.
  • Apoyar en la preparación de reportes de avance para cliente y gerencia.
  • Coordinar con Costos el seguimiento económico del proyecto.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de modificaciones y órdenes de cambio.
  • Asegurar coherencia entre avance físico, económico y planificación.
  • Elaborar y actualizar Planillas de cimentaciones.
  • Elaborar y actualizar Planos de Tendido.
  • Coordinar el control de recepción y aplicación de materiales en obra.
  • Otras funciones propias del puesto.

Perfil requerido

  • Titulado(a) en Ingeniería civil, eléctrica, electromecánica.
  • También podrá aceptarse carreras técnicas como Técnico en electrotécnica, construcción civil, edificaciones, obras civiles, topografía o formación técnica afín (siempre y cuando haya ejercido roles de jefatura en oficina técnica).
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 a 5 años como Jefe de oficina técnica o similares en proyectos de tipo líneas y subestaciones.
  • Deseable especialización en gestión de proyectos o planificación.

Idiomas y nivel requerido:

  • Deseable conocimientos de inglés para gestión de documentos técnicos y de suministros internacionales

Conocimientos complementarios

  • Planificación de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera deseable).
  • Control de metrados y valorizaciones.
  • Gestión de costos y control económico.
  • Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Manejo avanzado de MS. Excel
