Descripción del puesto

En ACCIONA para su negocio de INDUSTRIAL, se precisa incorporar a un/a RESIDENTE DE OBRA de la especialidad civil para un proyecto de líneas de transmisión, subestación y Planta fotovoltaica localizado en Camaná, Arequipa:

Misión: Supervisar el desarrollo de la construcción proyecto siendo capaz de gestionar las restricciones del mismo que afecten al alcance, coste o el plazo. Será el encargado de la estructura dedicada a la ejecución del proyecto en Sitio, dependiendo funcional y jerárquicamente del Gerente de Construcción y/o Jefe de obra.

Requisitos del candidato

Funciones:

Planificar, dirigir y ejecutar los trabajos de construcción empleando recursos propios:

  • Proponer estrategias constructivas que permitan minimizar los costos.
  • Liderar el equipo de personal de mano de obra directa.- Establecer y mantener las relaciones entre el equipo de construcción y subcontratistas.
  • Negociar, adjudicar y gestionar las empresas subcontratistas.
  • Mantener el flujo de información sobre aspectos relacionados con la construcción entre el equipo de construcción y el resto de las organizaciones involucradas en el Proyecto.
  • Absolver consultas técnicas sobre el proceso constructivo que las subcontratistas pudiera realizar.
  • Revisión y aprobación de los procedimientos de construcción de los subcontratistas.
  • Revisión y aprobación de cambios constructivos propuestos por las subcontratistas.
  • Aprobar los horarios de los subcontratistas que participan en las obras, y coordinar entre ellos los objetivos generales del proyecto.
  • Supervisar y fiscalizar el desarrollo de los trabajos de los subcontratistas, verificando que cumplen con las especificaciones técnicas y el contrato.
  • Analizar el desarrollo del calendario del proyecto comparándolo con los avances de las actividades de construcción.
  • Revisión de la programación de trabajo, cuidando que estos estén alineados a losrendimientos y ratios meta.

Perfil requerido

Formación académica / Titulación:

  • Ingeniero Civil Titulado.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como supervisor o residente, en proyectos de tipo líneas y subestaciones (EPC deseable)

Conocimientos complementarios:

  • Manejo de paquete Office a nivel intermedio
  • Lectura e interpretación de planos estructurales y electromecánicos.
  • Productividad en partidas civiles, procedimientos constructivos, control de calidad.
  • Normativa nacional y buenas prácticas de ejecución en el sector eléctrico.
  • Manejo de MS Office, AutoCAD (nivel medio), MS Project y formatos de control de obra.
