Descripción del empleo

Misión:

Preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, cócteles clásicos y de autor, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, presentación y servicio establecidos por el hotel. Asimismo, brindar una atención cordial y personalizada a los huéspedes, mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de bar, y gestionar adecuadamente los insumos, equipos y utensilios, contribuyendo a una experiencia memorable y satisfactoria para el huésped.

Funciones principales:

  • Preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, incluyendo cócteles clásicos y de autor, siguiendo las recetas y estándares del hotel.
  • Brindar atención cordial y personalizada a los huéspedes, ofreciendo recomendaciones y asegurando una excelente experiencia de servicio.
  • Mantener el orden, la limpieza y la correcta presentación de la barra, equipos, utensilios y cristalería.
  • Controlar los insumos y bebidas, asegurando su correcta conservación, rotación y disponibilidad
  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad, higiene y servicio establecidos por el hotel.

Requisitos

  • Estudios técnicos concluidos o en curso en Bartender o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como bartender en hoteles, restaurantes o bares de alto nivel.
  • Conocimiento en preparación de coctelería clásica, de autor y bebidas sin alcohol.
  • Conocimiento de normas de higiene, manipulación de alimentos y seguridad (BPM).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, fines de semana y feriados.
  • Deseable manejo de inglés a nivel básico o intermedio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y mantener un servicio eficiente durante horarios de alta demanda.
