Description du poste

Vos futures missions :

  • Vous maitrisez les rouages de la commercialisation, de la distribution, du Revenue management, avec une bonne connaissance de la clientèle affaires et Loisirs afin d’optimiser le REVPAR et les parts de Marché.
  • Vous savez fédérer les équipes autour d’un projet hôtel. Vous accompagnez les collaborateurs dans leur formation et leur évolution professionnelle et les challengez pour optimiser l’expérience client.
  • Vous animez la commercialisation de l’hôtel sur l’ensemble des missions de développement de CA.
  • Vous êtes sensible aux enjeux F&B et saurez commercialiser l’offre de restauration.
  • Vous êtes garant(e) du résultat d’exploitation et assurez la bonne gestion des différents départements de l’hôtel. Vous réalisez les budgets et mettez tout en œuvre pour les atteindre.
  • Vous veillez à la qualité des prestations afin de satisfaire la clientèle et du respect des procédures, vous assurez un suivi des commentaires.
  • Vous garantissez le respect de l’hygiène, la sécurité des biens et des personnes, ainsi que le respect de l’environnement. Vous êtes responsable de l’entretien du bâtiment et le suivi des travaux.

Qualifications

Vous avez/êtes déjà :

  • Expérience confirmée et réussie en management, une première expérience de GM est un plus
  • Leadership reconnu et capacité à inspirer les autres, ouverture d’esprit et diplomatie
  • Véritable manager participatif proche des clients et de ses équipes
  • Manager de proximité pour accompagner une équipe dynamique
  • Aptitude à définir une stratégie, à innover et à communiquer efficacement
  • Capacité d’analyse, d’anticipation et d’adaptation, et d’initiative
  • Orientation gestion, dans un souci de recherche permanente d’une exploitation rentable
  • Orientation qualité et expérience client
  • Fort relationnel, aptitude à tisser des liens solides et à entretenir un réseau professionnel actif.
  • Sens aigu des affaires, avec une expérience avérée dans la réalisation de performances commerciales durables.
  • Compétences reconnues en distribution et en RM
  • Maitrise des enjeux RSE et QVT
  • Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable
