Afin de tenir cette promesse, nous avons besoin de STARS, nous avons besoin de vous.

Vous :

  • Jouez un rôle clé dans le bon déroulement du service en réalisant une mise en place impeccable et en cuisinant au chaud comme au froid selon les fiches techniques établies.
  • Travaillez en harmonie avec les chefs de partie pour réaliser un service fluide, sans fausse note et ainsi faire vivre à nos clients un moment de plaisir, d’émotion et de partage.
  • Manœuvrez au quai de livraisons des marchandises car le roi du Tetris c’est vous !
  • Collaborez avec l’ensemble de l’équipe de cuisine. L’entraide est plus qu’un mot pour vous, c’est un réel état d’esprit.
  • Portez les engagements de votre établissement en matière de RSE et les partagez avec votre équipe.
  • Appliquez avec précision l’ensemble des procédures existantes ; pour ce faire, vous utilisez l’intégralité des outils mis à votre disposition.
  • Maitrisez les techniques de cuisine et les règles d’hygiène / sécurité. Vous les mettez chaque jour en œuvre avec brio.
