Description du poste

Relevant du Chef exécutif et sous-chef exécutif, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter :

  • Effectuer la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats dans la station assignée ;
  • Effectuer le mélange d'ingrédients, la préparation et la cuisson des mets et des desserts ;
  • Veiller à la présentation, et à la qualité des préparations culinaires selon les standards qualitatifs fixés par le chef de partie et les sous-chefs ;
  • Dresser les productions à l’assiette avec rapidité et soin pendant le service pour répondre aux commandes à la carte ;
  • Assurer le stockage des marchandises en chambres froides ou dans le garde-manger tout en respectant les règles d’hygiène en vigueur ;
  • S’assurer du bon fonctionnement de ses propres outils de travail, et veiller au respect et au nettoyage des équipements de la cuisine du restaurant ;
  • Tenir compte des besoins alimentaires particuliers des clients ;
  • Appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Préparer les commandes d'agréments pour le Service aux chambres, le bar et le restaurant ;
  • Remplir les fiches quotidiennes avec les règles d’hygiène en place
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en cuisine ou expérience pertinente sur un poste similaire ;
  • Comprendre les exigences des standards de service d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ;
  • Créativité et passion pour la cuisine et le service client ;
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique ;
  • Excellente communication et esprit d’équipe
