Description du poste

Ambassadeur(trice) de l'élégance et de l'art de recevoir, le/la Guest Relations Supervisor sera le bras droit opérationnel du Guest Relations Manager.

En phase de pré-ouverture, il/elle orchestre la mise en place des standards de luxe de la marque Sofitel, en veillant à la création de parcours clients raffinés. Dès l'ouverture, il/elle anime et supervise l'équipe terrain au quotidien. Son objectif ultime est d'insuffler la culture "Cousu Main" à chaque interaction, transformant le séjour de nos hôtes et des VIP en une expérience mémorable, fluide et hautement personnalisée.

Missions Principales:

  • Participer activement à la déclinaison des standards de luxe Sofitel et à la rédaction des SOP (procédures locales) en y intégrant la touche culturelle.
  • Contribuer au paramétrage du PMS (Opera) afin d'optimiser la capture des préférences des hôtes et la gestion des codes d'amenities de prestige.
  • Prendre en charge l'intégration, le coaching et la formation pratique des Guest Relations Agents (posture, codes du luxe, rituels d'accueil de la marque).
  • Incarner et faire vivre la culture Heartist sur le terrain en encadrant l'équipe (briefings quotidiens, contrôle de l'excellence de la posture et du grooming).
  • Superviser minutieusement l'attribution des chambres VIP et coordonner avec les départements Étages et Restauration la mise en place d'attentions personnalisées uniques et haut de gamme.
  • Assurer une présence charismatique et continue dans le lobby, accueillir personnellement les clients à haute contribution, et désamorcer les situations complexes avec une diplomatie et un raffinement irréprochables.

Qualifications

Profil Recherché :

  • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum dans des fonctions de Guest Relations Senior ou Superviseur de Réception au sein d'un établissement 5 étoiles ou d'un hôtel de luxe international. Une expérience en pré-ouverture est un atout précieux.
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais, du français et de l’arabe, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Excellente culture générale et maîtrise du logiciel Opera PMS.
  • Leadership inspirant,
  • sens du détail et élégance naturelle.
  • Vous possédez cette sensibilité propre au luxe qui permet d'anticiper les désirs inexprimés des clients les plus exigeants.
