Deine Mission

Als Account Executive (m/w/d) bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für potenzielle Neukunden. Du identifizierst die passenden Zielkunden, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass sich hochwertige Opportunities generieren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Geschäftsführer zusammen und erhältst direkten Einblick in Strategie, Positionierung und Entscheidungsprozesse. Kurz: Du füllst unsere Pipeline mit den richtigen Leads und trägst maßgeblich zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Neukundengewinnung: Du identifizierst und kontaktierst spannende mittelständische Unternehmen und Marktführer im DACH-Raum.
  • Leadqualifizierung: In ersten Gesprächen analysierst du Ziele, Herausforderungen und Potenziale – so qualifizierst du echte Opportunities.
  • Pitch-Vorbereitung: Du bereitest interne Übergaben an unser Strategie-Team vor und arbeitest gemeinsam an maßgeschneiderten Angebotsprozessen.
  • Outbound & Inbound: Du entwickelst kreative Outreach-Kampagnen (z. B. via LinkedIn, E-Mail, Telefon) und gehst proaktiv auf warme Inbound-Leads zu.
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit: Gemeinsam mit dem Geschäftsführer entwickelst du die Vertriebsstrategie weiter und setzt diese in die Tat um.
  • CRM & Struktur: Du pflegst unser CRM und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und -playbooks bei.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder im Agenturumfeld – idealerweise mit B2B-Fokus
  • Starkes Interesse an Marketing, digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst gut zuhören, präzise formulieren und Entscheidungen voranbringen
  • Eigenverantwortung, Durchhaltevermögen und den Willen, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C2-Niveau); gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
