Als Account Executive bei nuwacom bist du dafür verantwortlich, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und unsere Präsenz in großen Unternehmen weiter auszubauen.

Du arbeitest eng mit potenziellen Kunden zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und zu zeigen, wie die Lösungen von nuwacom ihre Herausforderungen adressieren und ihre Arbeitsabläufe verbessern können.

  • Entwickle Sales Opportunities, indem du relevante Stakeholder identifizierst und Champions auf Ebene von Chief Communication, Head of AI und CMO aufbaust
  • Erreiche und übertreffe konsequent deine Sales-Ziele durch strategische Planung und eine strukturierte Vertriebsarbeit
  • Tausche dich mit Entscheidern aus, um Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und passgenaue Lösungen zu präsentieren
  • Führe überzeugende Produktdemos durch und begleite Interessenten durch Trial-Phasen, um den Mehrwert der nuwacom-Plattform sichtbar zu machen
  • Baue tiefes Verständnis für die Use Cases auf, in denen nuwacom branchenübergreifend echte Transformation ermöglicht
  • Generiere proaktiv neue Pipeline durch gezielte Outbound-Aktivitäten
  • Arbeite eng mit internen Teams wie Marketing, Produkt und Customer Support zusammen, um eine reibungslose Customer Journey sicherzustellen
  • Bleibe über Markttrends und Wettbewerber informiert, um nuwacom optimal im Markt zu positionieren
  • Bereite Verträge vor und führe Vertragsverhandlungen im Einklang mit Unternehmensrichtlinien und Kundenanforderungen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise Sales, idealerweise in der Technologie- oder B2B-SaaS-Branche
  • Vertrautheit mit Kommunikations-, Marketing-, Brand- oder Produktteams – Erfahrung im Vertrieb an diese Funktionen ist ein Plus
  • Interesse an oder Verständnis für KI-basierte Lösungen und deren Einsatz in Unternehmensumgebungen
  • Starke Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten – in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erfahrung darin, Business Cases zu entwickeln, um potenziellen Kunden bei der internen Abstimmung und beim Gewinnen von Executive Sponsorship zu helfen
  • Sicherheit im Austausch mit C-Level-Führungskräften und wichtigen Stakeholdern sowie im Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Selbstmotivierte, strategische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ein Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich ist von Vorteil
