The posting

Location: France (Remote / Hybrid, EMEA team)  |  Contract: Full-time, permanent  |  Languages: Fluent French + professional English  |  Salary: EUR 45,000 – 52,000 gross/year + annual bonus Your structured entry point into enterprise software consulting: be the go-to Professional Services contact for Goldfire customers in Hypercare, support new implementations, and grow towards a Senior Consultant role. About the role Our Professional Services team partners closely with customers to solve complex engineering and knowledge-management challenges. We combine deep technical expertise with a highly collaborative, customer-centric approach to help organisations improve access to information, accelerate workflows and drive adoption of enterprise technologies — across Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Medical Device and Energy. This role sits in our growing EMEA Professional Services organisation and centres on Hypercare and implementation services for the Accuris Goldfire platform. Hypercare is our ongoing, hands-on support service for customers after deployment: you will be a primary point of contact for customers under active Hypercare agreements, while also supporting new implementations for customers with active Statements of Work. It is an early-career consulting seat with a defined growth path and an escalation path to a Senior Consultant — with the right initiative and skill development, room to grow across the broader Accuris product suite and into expanded responsibilities. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary Professional Services contact for customers under active Hypercare agreements, with escalation support from a Senior Consultant. Assist with onboarding, installation, configuration and deployment for customers with active implementation SOWs. Support installation, configuration and day-to-day administration of customer environments — server components, authentication and data validation — alongside more senior technical colleagues. Engage substantively when looped into discovery and scoping calls, helping capture accurate requirements. Produce implementation documentation, best-practice guidance and end-user / administrator training materials. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementations and Hypercare, escalating to a Senior Consultant or Engineering when needed. Work closely with Senior Consultants and the wider EMEA team on account handoffs, delivery standards and knowledge sharing — and take on stretch opportunities that build the case for expanded responsibility.

Key qualifications

Fluent French and professional-level English; based in France. 2–4 years in Professional Services, technical support, implementation consulting or enterprise software administration. Working knowledge of administering enterprise software: user and role management, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience installing or supporting multi-tier enterprise applications on Windows or Linux servers, including database and application-server components. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across concurrent implementation and Hypercare workstreams.

Nice to have

Additional European languages. SQL or database fundamentals (querying, basic administration). Exposure to REST APIs, integration concepts and SSO / LDAP / Active Directory authentication. Basic log analysis or scripting for troubleshooting. Exposure to engineering, PLM/ALM or knowledge-management systems, or to Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or Medical Device customers — helpful, not required, given the structured onboarding.

Key soft skills

A service mindset and strong customer-facing communication, suited to long-duration Hypercare relationships. Comfortable following structured delivery processes while building comfort with ambiguity. Curious and growth-minded — keen to take on stretch work and learn the wider product suite. A collaborative team player in a remote / hybrid, EMEA-distributed team.

Customers under Hypercare receive responsive, high-quality support. Implementations land on time with clean, well-documented handoffs. Your technical range and scope grow visibly, building a clear case for advancement. Strong collaboration with Senior Consultants and the broader Professional Services team.

What's in it for you

A structured entry into enterprise software consulting, with a defined growth path towards Senior Consultant. Mentoring and escalation support from experienced Senior Consultants, plus a structured onboarding ramp. Work with engineering organisations across a wide range of industries and technologies. A collaborative EMEA team within a global Professional Services organisation. Remote / hybrid flexibility in France, with all necessary equipment provided.

The process Three stages: (1) a 30-minute intro call with our recruiter, (2) an interview with Stephan Nichols, Manager of Professional Services, and (3) a final conversation with the wider Professional Services leadership. No take-home assignments, and you receive feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English, and we will also check your French along the way. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
