Coordinate team members to solve issues assigned to the team and support timely resolution of quality risks.

Monitor Production quality and coordinate resolution of issues assigned to teams.

Ensure compliance of team testing activities with project rules, quality standards, and agreed processes.

Participate in functional testing during CI/CD processes and support reliable product releases.

Organize and monitor defect management processes within teams.

Influence the inclusion of testability during design, grooming, and development phases.

Test the product in all phases of its lifecycle, including Production.

Interface with developers in the project by providing clear test results and identifying regression areas.

What We’re Looking For:

Key qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of automation engineering experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright using C#/.NET and xUnit frameworks.

Experience testing web applications built with .NET Core, microservices, and AngularJS, including cross-browser and cross-device validation using automated tools.

Solid knowledge of databases, including the ability to write CRUD operations, work with JOINs, and validate data-driven application behavior.

Key soft skills:

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate testing activities, defect management, and issue resolution across development teams.

Clear, structured communication with developers, including the ability to provide test results, regression areas, and actionable defect information.

Proactive approach to quality, testability, production monitoring, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Good spoken and written English.

Required Knowledge / Technologies:

Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, C#/.NET, xUnit frameworks, manual testing, automated testing, functional testing, and test case/script design and execution.

Testing of web applications in .NET Core, microservices, AngularJS, client-server application architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD processes.

Databases and SQL, including CRUD operations, JOINs, data validation, and practical understanding of application data flows.

Docker containerization basics, AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or similar, and development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, or Rider.

Agile software development, Azure DevOps / ADOPS bug tracking, defect management, and exposure to performance and load testing tools such as CloudTest, Cloud Testing using ADOPS, or K6 are considered a plus.

What’s in it for you:

Opportunity to shape testing strategy and improve automation practices for a flagship product used globally.

Hands-on work across manual testing, automation, API testing, CI/CD validation, production quality monitoring, and defect management.

Close collaboration with experienced developers, Product Owners, IT partners, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
