We're a a group of performance marketing agencies that's all about results, helping businesses grow their online presence, attract quality leads, and get the most out of every marketing dollar. Our team is young, ambitious, and based in the stunning city of Lisbon. We are 40+ people who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and ambitious, using AI to streamline how we work. The Role:

As a Controller, your mission is to support the finance team in delivering accurate, reliable financial information that helps the business make better decisions. You'll get hands-on exposure to accounting, reporting and controlling, learning the ropes of how a fast-growing company manages its numbers. We're a results-driven company at heart, always measuring, testing and improving, and we expect finance to be part of that.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing and reconciliations;
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership;
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, checking and validating financial data;
  • Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with accounting and legal deadlines;
  • Keep financial data organised and up to date across Excel and our ERP;
  • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises;
  • Bring ideas to improve and automate finance processes using AI tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or controlling;
  • Previous experience at a consultancy firm is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles;
  • Comfortable working with Excel;
  • Analytical mindset, with a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers;
  • Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented;
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude;
  • Strong interest in using AI tools and automation to work smarter;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
