O que você vai fazer

  • Elaborar, revisar e apoiar a negociação de contratos, aditivos, NDA e MOA, incluindo nacionais e internacionais;
  • Apoiar áreas internas com consultas jurídicas e elaboração de pareceres objetivos, traduzindo riscos e alternativas em recomendações práticas;
  • Organizar e manter o fluxo de documentos e rotinas do jurídico, controle de versões, aprovações, prazos e governança;
  • Padronizar e evoluir entregas do jurídico por meio de templates, checklists e playbooks;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e a gestão do contencioso cível e trabalhista, incluindo: Controle de prazos e documentos – Consolidação de informações e relatórios – Interface com escritórios parceiros (alinhamento de estratégia, cobrança de entregas, acompanhamento de andamento e qualidade de informações);
  • Apoiar iniciativas de Legal Ops, como: Definição e acompanhamento de indicadores (SLA, backlog, tempo de resposta, volume por tipo de demanda, status de contratos, mapa de risco);
  • Apoio e análise simples de jurimetria para identificar padrões, recorrências, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Contribuir para posicionar o jurídico como parceiro estratégico do negócio, com foco em dados, eficiência e melhoria de processos.
