O que você vai fazer

  • Realizar atividades generalistas de RH, especialmente voltadas para Recrutamento e Seleção e Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Negociações e condução de benefícios diversos e conhecimento de rotinas gerais para acompanhamento de equipe;
  • Desenvolver e participar de projetos de desenvolvimento e de cultura organizacional;
  • Suporte aos processos de promoções, avaliação de desempenho e programa de bônus;
  • Elaborar apresentações, relatórios e controles de indicadores;
  • Acompanhar os processos e ações da ISO 9001;
  • Processos Comunicação interna, elaborar e divulgar comunicados diversos;
  • Conhecimento em processos de RH: admissão, acompanhamento dos afastamentos, suporte no controle de férias, dar suporte nas rescisões contratuais e realizar entrevistas de desligamento.

Principais Desafios da Posição

  • Atuar em uma cultura organizacional altamente estruturada e orientada a processos.
  • Garantir agilidade nos processos seletivos sem comprometer a qualidade das contratações.
  • Apoiar a modernização e digitalização de processos de RH em um ambiente tradicional.
  • Influenciar gestores e áreas parceiras por meio de dados e indicadores.
  • Equilibrar demandas operacionais de RH com iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
  • Construir relacionamento com lideranças experientes e com longo tempo de empresa.
  • Ter conhecimento no idioma Inglês intermediário para avançado.
