Buscamos um Diretor de Arte dinâmico, analítico e criativo para liderar nossas estratégias de mercado e comunicação visual. O profissional será responsável por transformar briefings complexos em soluções de negócios de alto impacto, elevando a visibilidade e a atratividade da marca junto ao público-alvo, além de orientar tecnicamente a equipe interna.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Estratégia e Negócios: Atuar com alta capacidade analítica para interpretar briefings complexos, propondo estratégias de mercado, planos de divulgação e ações que aumentem a visibilidade e a atratividade da marca.
  • Gestão e Desenvolvimento: Oferecer apoio técnico, mentoria e direcionamento prático para os membros juniores da equipe, fomentando um ambiente colaborativo.
  • Gestão de Projetos: Garantir a qualidade das entregas, o cumprimento de prazos e a consistência estética/conceitual de todas as campanhas e materiais.

Requisitos Técnicos (Obrigatórios)

  • Formação superior completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Design Gráfico, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio avançado das ferramentas do Adobe Pack (Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign).
  • Forte ênfase na qualidade do portfólio e sólida capacidade de resolução de problemas práticos de design e comunicação.

Diferenciais Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas audiovisuais (edição de vídeo, modelagem 3D e motion graphics).

Competências Comportamentais (Soft Skills)

  • Perfil hands-on (mão na massa): Capacidade de transitar entre o pensamento estratégico e a execução técnica.
  • Comunicação assertiva e empatia: Essencial para o alinhamento com stakeholders e desenvolvimento da equipe júnior.
  • Organização e resiliência: Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultâneos em um ambiente presencial de ritmo acelerado.
