Requisitos

  • Escolaridade: Graduação completa.
  • Experiência: Vivência consolidada com vendas externas e gestão de carteira de clientes. (Diferencial: Experiência prévia no segmento de louças sanitárias).
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Bom conhecimento em Excel para a elaboração de relatórios comerciais e controle de indicadores de desempenho.
  • Mobilidade (Imprescindível): CNH ativa e veículo próprio. Disponibilidade total para atuar e se deslocar entre as regiões de São Paulo (ZL e ZN) e o Interior (Campinas, Americana e Araraquara).

Atribuições

  • Negociação e Estratégia: Conduzir negociações comerciais complexas, incluindo termos contratuais, condições de pagamento e preços. Executar estratégias de vendas para diferentes segmentos visando ampliar nossa participação de mercado.
  • Gestão de Relacionamento: Desenvolver e manter laços sólidos com clientes atuais e potenciais, oferecendo soluções personalizadas. Contatar gerentes de lojas para entender as necessidades locais e propor ações adequadas.
  • Inteligência de Mercado: Apoiar a análise de tendências, oportunidades, ameaças e o posicionamento da concorrência. Acompanhar os resultados das estratégias implementadas, propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Atuação no Ponto de Venda (PDV): Realizar visitas periódicas aos clientes, acompanhando a exposição dos produtos e sugerindo ações de incremento. Monitorar e sugerir preços ao consumidor final, além de apoiar inaugurações de novas lojas (definição de layouts e implementação).
