Estamos apoiando uma empresa brasileira em forte crescimento e expansão internacional na busca por um(a) Executivo(a) de Contas LATAM para fortalecer sua atuação comercial na América Latina.

A posição terá papel importante no desenvolvimento de novos negócios na região, combinando prospecção e abertura de mercados com o desenvolvimento de uma carteira de clientes e distribuidores já existente.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com forte perfil comercial, experiência em vendas internacionais e disposição para estar próximo aos mercados e clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar novos clientes, distribuidores e oportunidades de negócios na América Latina;
  • Desenvolver e expandir a carteira de clientes existente;
  • Identificar oportunidades de entrada e crescimento em mercados estratégicos;
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais internacionais, desde a prospecção até o fechamento;
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com distribuidores e clientes estratégicos;
  • Realizar visitas comerciais e acompanhar oportunidades nos diferentes países de atuação;
  • Construir propostas comerciais e adaptar a abordagem às particularidades de cada mercado;
  • Gerenciar pipeline, forecast e indicadores comerciais por meio de CRM;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas internas para apoiar o desenvolvimento dos negócios;
  • Participar de eventos, reuniões e apresentações comerciais;
  • Contribuir ativamente para a estratégia de expansão da empresa na América Latina.

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Negócios Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em vendas B2B de produtos físicos;
  • Vivência com prospecção, abertura de clientes e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Experiência comercial internacional, preferencialmente com mercados da América Latina;
  • Experiência prévia com viagens internacionais a trabalho;
  • Espanhol avançado ou fluente para condução de reuniões e negociações comerciais;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais frequentes, em média uma semana por mês;
  • Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Perfil hunter, autonomia, capacidade de relacionamento, resiliência e forte orientação a resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de distribuidores na América Latina;
  • Conhecimento das particularidades comerciais de diferentes países da região;
  • Inglês;
  • Conhecimento em Salesforce, Power BI e TOTVS.
