Estamos buscando um(a) FP&A Manager para atuar na área de Finanças, em uma posição estratégica e com forte exposição ao negócio.

Buscamos uma pessoa que combine visão estratégica, capacidade analítica, perfil hands-on e forte atuação como Business Partner, contribuindo diretamente para decisões relevantes da companhia. A companhia é uma indústria e tem ritmo de crescimento acelerado.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar os processos de Budget, Forecast e planejamento financeiro;
  • Realizar análises de desempenho, rentabilidade e variações;
  • Atuar na análise de margem, custos, volume, mix e preço;
  • Participar das rotinas de fechamento e reportes financeiros;
  • Transformar dados financeiros em insights e recomendações para o negócio;
  • Atuar próximo às áreas de Comercial, Marketing, Operações e demais stakeholders;
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos, dashboards e ferramentas de análise;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria de processos;
  • Apresentar resultados e análises para a alta gestão;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento do time e para a evolução da área de FP&A.

Buscamos um(a) profissional que tenha:

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Experiência sólida em FP&A / Planejamento Financeiro;
  • Experiência com Budget, Forecast e ciclos de planejamento;
  • Vivência com fechamento financeiro e análise de resultados;
  • Experiência robusta com Variance Analysis, avaliando impactos de volume, mix, preço e custos;
  • Forte experiência em análise de custos, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais;
  • Experiência como Business Partner junto às áreas de negócio;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de Excel;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e modelagem financeira;
  • Experiência em empresas de bens de consumo e/ou indústria será um diferencial;
  • Inglês avançado.
