Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação, avaliação e controle de riscos ocupacionais e operacionais;
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança em campo, observações comportamentais e acompanhamento de atividades críticas;
  • Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar o PGR, inventário de riscos e planos de ação;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de APRs, procedimentos, permissões de trabalho e padrões de segurança;
  • Investigar acidentes, incidentes e quase acidentes, com análise de causa raiz e definição de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho, propondo ações para redução de acidentes, desvios e reincidências;
  • Apoiar gestores e equipes operacionais na tomada de decisão relacionada à segurança;
  • Realizar gestão e acompanhamento de terceiros e prestadores de serviços;
  • Acompanhar o atendimento às Normas Regulamentadoras e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis;
  • Participar de auditorias internas, externas e avaliações de desempenho de segurança;
  • Desenvolver ações voltadas à melhoria contínua da cultura de segurança;
  • Atuar na prevenção de riscos relacionados a máquinas, equipamentos, veículos, movimentação de cargas, produtos químicos, trabalho em altura, espaços confinados e demais atividades críticas;
  • Apoiar programas corporativos de segurança e iniciativas de excelência operacional;
  • Conduzir análises de tendências, desvios recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Ter atuação próxima à operação, buscando soluções que conciliem segurança, produtividade e continuidade operacional.

Requisitos

  • Experiência como Engenheiro(a) de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Registro profissional ativo;
  • Forte experiência em gestão de riscos e prevenção de acidentes;
  • Vivência em investigação de acidentes e análise de causa raiz;
  • Conhecimento das principais Normas Regulamentadoras e Brigada de incêndio;
  • Experiência com auditorias e indicadores de segurança;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com metodologias e práticas de gestão de segurança desenvolvidas pela DuPont, especialmente conceitos relacionados a segurança comportamental, prevenção de acidentes, observação de desvios, liderança em segurança e fortalecimento da cultura preventiva.
