Como Responsable de Marketing en Aceros Solaro, formarás parte del equipo que acompaña y potencia la gestión comercial de la empresa, trabajando principalmente sobre el CRM y el análisis de información vinculada a clientes, oportunidades y procesos de venta. Tu rol será clave para ordenar, analizar y optimizar los datos comerciales, colaborando de manera directa con el área de ventas y otras áreas internas.

Buscamos personas con perfil analítico y orientación comercial, organizadas y proactivas, con capacidad para trabajar con herramientas digitales y para coordinar acciones que contribuyan a mejorar la comunicación, el seguimiento de clientes y la toma de decisiones.

En menor medida, el puesto también incluye tareas de marketing operativo, como el apoyo en redes sociales, piezas gráficas, contenidos y actualización de la página web, acompañando la imagen y comunicación de la empresa.

Este puesto requiere compromiso, criterio, atención al detalle y una fuerte capacidad de trabajo en equipo, ya que implica interacción constante con el área comercial y una mirada integral del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión y administración del CRM de la empresa
  • Seguimiento de clientes, oportunidades y embudo comercial
  • Análisis de datos comerciales y elaboración de reportes
  • Coordinación de acciones junto al área comercial
  • Apoyo en acciones de marketing operativo y comunicación

Debe tener

  • Formación en Marketing, Comercialización, Administración o afines
  • Experiencia en uso de CRM y herramientas digitales
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo con el área comercial
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas

Deseable

  • Experiencia en marketing B2B o rubro industrial
  • Conocimientos en redes sociales y diseño de piezas gráficas
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos comerciales
  • Conocimientos básicos de páginas web / contenidos digitales
