Como Vendedor Comercial Mayorista en Aceros Solaro, será un actor clave en la gestión y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes de la provincia de La Pampa, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenido del negocio a través de una atención comercial cercana, personalizada y orientada a resultados. Formará parte de un equipo en expansión, comprometido con la excelencia operativa, el acompañamiento permanente y la mejora continua, en un entorno de trabajo profesional, dinámico y enfocado en relaciones comerciales de largo plazo. Buscamos un perfil con marcada vocación comercial, capacidad de negociación y orientación al cliente.

Este rol requiere iniciativa, criterio comercial y fuerte enfoque en el cumplimiento de objetivos. Valoramos a quienes mantienen un contacto activo con los clientes, detectan oportunidades de negocio dentro de la ciudad, gestionan el proceso de venta de manera integral —desde el asesoramiento y la toma de pedidos hasta la cobranza y el seguimiento— y actúan con proactividad frente a los desafíos del día a día, aportando información clave al área comercial y administrativa para optimizar resultados.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y fidelizar la cartera de clientes de la zona asignada, generando nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre nuestra línea de productos y elaborar presupuestos
  • Gestionar el proceso de venta de principio a fin: cotización, facturación y coordinación de entregas
  • Realizar el seguimiento de pedidos para garantizar una excelente atención al cliente
  • Gestionar la cobranza y el seguimiento de las cuentas corrientes
  • Negociar condiciones comerciales de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa

Debe tener

  • Experiencia comprobable en ventas comerciales o mayoristas
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y al cumplimiento de objetivos
  • Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva
  • Capacidad de organización y autonomía en la gestión diaria

Deseable

  • Experiencia en el rubro construcción, hierro o materiales afines
  • Conocimientos básicos de facturación y cobranzas
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión comercial
  • Licencia de conducir vigente
