Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je precies als ... Functioneel Analist Klantbenadering

  • Je vertaalt businessvereisten naar duidelijke requirements en ondersteunt Product Managers bij het uitschrijven van features.
  • Je ontwerpt digitale oplossingen die onze klanten ondersteunen, bijvoorbeeld binnen MyAcerta, en werkt functionele analyses uit die je vertaalt naar heldere technische documentatie voor developers.
  • Je analyseert en documenteert oplossingsvoorstellen voor projecten, supportvragen, problemen en incidenten, met aandacht voor afhankelijkheden en risico’s.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, developers, program managers, Business Analisten en Product Owners om businessdoelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je denkt mee over de teststrategie, ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van testen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde oplossing.
  • Je coördineert functionele taken binnen grotere projecten en denkt mee over een efficiënte inzet van middelen en mensen, zonder leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je zet AI en AI-agents doelgericht in, terwijl je kritisch en zelfstandig blijft nadenken.

Iets voor jou?

  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als Functioneel Analist in een agile ontwikkelomgeving vormt de ideale basis.
  • Sterke communicatie- en overtuigingsvaardigheden gaan hand in hand met technische affiniteit en een goede kennis van API’s en technische documentatie.
  • Zelfstandigheid, ownership en het talent om complexe informatie helder te vertalen naar uiteenlopende stakeholders zijn onmisbaar; kennis van Drupal, Angular, UI/UX, customer experience of AI-agents is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met voldoende spreekvaardigheid in het Frans, maakt het profiel compleet.
