- Ein gut geölter Sales-Prozess: du betreust vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zur Produkt-Demo

- Einfacher Abschluss: ohne zähe Vertragsverhandlungen, können deine Kund:innen selbstständig in der App ihre gewünschten Lizenzen buchen

- Ein fokussierter Ansatz: du arbeitest mit hochwertigen, warmen Leads und hast wenig administrativen Aufwand – gleichzeitig solltest du Lust auf gezielte Kaltakquise haben, um neues Potenzial zu erschließen

- Ein Produkt mit Mehrwert: du verkaufst ein Produkt, welches die Arbeit vieler Menschen vereinfacht

- Schnelle Erfolge: unsere Sales-Zyklen sind kurz und du wirst mit schnellen Ergebnissen belohnt (nach durchschnittlich 30 Tagen mit ca. 2+ Touchpoints bist du am Ziel)

- Digital vs. Vorort: viele deiner Termine sind am Telefon und per Video Call, aber du bist auch mal direkt am Puls der Zeit bei Messen oder Veranstaltungen

- Großes Mitspracherecht: eigene Ideen bei der Mitgestaltung der Sales-Prozesse sind immer erwünscht

Worauf wir uns freuen können:

- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, wünschenswert im B2B-Bereich

- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen und kannst auf diese empathisch eingehen und Craftnote als Lösung anbieten

- Du bist überzeugungsfähig und dein Closing Talent zeichnet dich aus

- Du bist bekannt für deine kommunikative und offene Art und kannst andere schnell begeistern

- Du findest dich allgemein gut in Softwareanwendungen zurecht

- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
