Vaga de Estágio – Área Financeira/Crédito e Cobrança

Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) proativo(a), organizado(a) e comprometido(a) para apoiar as rotinas do setor financeiro, especialmente nas atividades relacionadas a contas a receber, cobrança, análise de crédito e atendimento a clientes e equipes comerciais.

Principais atividades

  • Acompanhar e-mails e WhatsApp com comprovantes de pagamento/depósito de título e fazer baixas manual de títulos vencidos;
  • Fazer baixas de descargas Aliança Atacadista e Rede Biz;
  • Fazer a conciliação dos comprovantes de acordo com o extrato bancário;
  • Acompanhar a carteira de Clientes inadimplentes cobrança de clientes com duplicatas atrasadas e se necessário, enviar recados aos gerentes e Rcas solicitando apoio;
  • Confeccionar quando necessária carta de autorização de descontos para Rcas;
  • Analisar e registrar as informações comerciais de Clientes e fotos;
  • Atendimento a Clientes, Gerentes de vendas e Rcas;
  • Realizar consultas no Serasa das empresas do grupo Aliança para acompanhar as movimentações no
  • CNPJs das coligadas, bem como, nos CPFs dos sócios;
  • Fazer consultas de Créditos e analisar e alterar ou liberar Clientes na condição de duplicatas.
  • Fazer pesquisas nos tribunais de justiça nas regionais em que a empresa opera, para verificar se há ações que possam comprometer a liquidez dos pagamentos;
  • Fazer pesquisas em cartórios para identificar credores de Clientes que estejam em análise de concessão de crédito.
  • Pegar canhotos de entregas de mercadoria quando necessárias;
  • Fazer protocolos de entregas de documentos;
  • Atualizar débitos de Clientes;
  • Enviar para Clientes, Rcas e Gerentes boletos atualizados.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimentos intermediários ou avançados em informática;
  • Conhecimento em Excel, Word e demais ferramentas do Pacote Office;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com planilhas, sistemas e controles administrativos;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
