The posting

Empresa localizada em Uberlândia/MG busca estagiário(a) para apoiar as rotinas administrativas e financeiras, com foco em organização, controle e desenvolvimento prático das atividades da área.

Principais atividades:

  • Apoio à controladoria;
  • Auxílio nas rotinas de contas a pagar e a receber;
  • Apoio no processo de cobrança de inadimplentes via sistema;
  • Suporte no faturamento e emissão de notas fiscais;
  • Auxílio na elaboração e organização de procedimentos operacionais;
  • Emissão e atualização de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Apoio em processos relacionados à folha de pagamento;
  • Suporte às rotinas administrativas gerais;
  • Acompanhamento e atualização de movimentações em sistema;
  • Organização de documentos e controles financeiros.

Carga horária: 6 horas por dia, de segunda a sexta-feira. Horário: a combinar com a empresa.

Requisitos

  • Estar cursando Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Estar entre o 3º e o 5º período da graduação;
  • Interesse em desenvolver experiência prática e crescer profissionalmente na área administrativa/financeira;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel intermediário, com uso de filtros, fórmula básicas e organização de dados;
  • Noções básicas de contas a pagar e receber, fluxo financeiro, faturamento, emissão de notas fiscais e rotinas administrativas;
  • Boa comunicação escrita;
  • Organização de documentos e processos;
  • Noções de controle de dados financeiros.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento ou experiência com sistemas ERP, como Conta Azul, Omie, Bling, Sankhya, SAP ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em Excel, incluindo PROCV/PROCX e Tabelas Dinâmicas;
  • Noções de legislação fiscal básica;
  • Experiência prática com emissão de notas fiscais;
  • Vivência com ferramentas digitais, como Google Sheets e Notion;
  • Participação em Empresa Júnior ou projetos acadêmicos na área administrativa/financeira;
  • Experiência anterior, mesmo que breve, em áreas administrativas, financeiras ou controladoria;
  • Inglês básico/intermediário para leitura;
  • Interesse por tecnologia e ferramentas digitais.

Bolsa-auxílio: R$ 1.000,00; Auxílio-alimentação: R$ 35,00 por dia útil trabalhado, aproximadamente R$ 700,00 mensais; Auxílio-transporte: R$ 200,00; TotalPass.
