The posting

Your Role in Our Story:

As HR Officer a.i. at ACT Group, you will keep our HR operations running smoothly during maternity leave. Supporting primarily the Netherlands, alongside the UK, France and Spain, you will:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and complex HR queries.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies and oversee benefits, pension and insurance administration.
  • Support international relocations with our external mobility provider.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, perform checks and improve processes and documentation.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, Legal, IT and external providers to deliver reliable employee support.

Your Expertise:

  • Around 3–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in an international environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Dutch employment requirements, employee lifecycle processes and payroll coordination.
  • Strong HR systems and data skills; Workday experience is a strong advantage.
  • An independent, structured and service-minded approach, with accuracy, discretion and sound judgement.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Availability for approximately 6–8 months for 5 days per week.
