The posting

Als hoofdboekhouder zorg je voor de volledige boekhouding van de groep.

Je werkt rechtstreeks met de CEO samen en bent zijn financiële sparringpartner. Je hebt veel vrijheid om de financiële werking naar je hand te zetten en verder uit te bouwen. Dit betekent concreet:

  • Volledige boekhouding: je beheert de boekhouding van de verschillende vennootschappen tot en met de jaarafsluiting, inclusief de intercompany-stromen.
  • Afsluitingen & rapportering: je verzorgt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en helpt mee een financieel rapporteringssysteem op te zetten.
  • Cashflow: je houdt de cashflow in de gaten, maakt liquiditeitsplanningen en beheert de debiteurenzaken.
  • Financieel meedenken: je denkt mee over budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit per activiteit.
  • Processen optimaliseren: je maakt de financiële processen in ons nieuwe ERP-pakket Odoo efficiënter, zodat de boekhouding meegroeit met de groep.
  • Fiscaliteit: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de btw-aangiftes, de intracommunautaire opgave, de klantenlisting en de fiscale opvolging.
  • Externe partners: je bent het contactpunt voor de banken, de revisor en andere externe partners, en je bereidt de revisorcontrole voor.
  • Samenwerken: je werkt nauw samen met ons accounts payable team, die je begeleidt en ondersteunt bij hun dagelijkse taken.

Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in boekhouden, accountancy of finance.

Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie.

Je werkt zelfstandig tot en met de jaarafsluiting en bent goed vertrouwd met de Belgische fiscaliteit.

Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief en bent proactief ingesteld.

Je bent nauwkeurig en discreet, en je behoudt het overzicht, ook onder druk.

Je vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten die voor de directie waardevol zijn.

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je redden in het Frans en Engels.

Kennis van Odoo is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist.
